Acceptance of Terms. By using https://estheticsbyjessi.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Esthetics By Jessi markets and arranges Brazilian Waxing, Brow Waxing, Eyebrow Tinting, Facial Waxing, Waxing Services, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift, Lash Tinting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Esthetics By Jessi or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Esthetics By Jessi makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Esthetics By Jessi's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Esthetics By Jessi from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by LA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in LA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Esthetics By Jessi reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
